Chapter 01

The science.

What is nano-hydroxyapatite?
The synthetic form of hydroxyapatite, the mineral that makes up about 97% of your tooth enamel. It has been used in Japanese oral care since 1980 and was approved as an anti-cavity agent in Japan in 1993. The EU's scientific committee has reviewed it as safe for oral care use. Each piece of Minvelle carries 5.7 mg of it, a number we print rather than hide, see the transparency page.
Does Minvelle actually support tooth enamel?
Here is the honest version. Hydroxyapatite has decades of ingredient-level research, and chewing drives saliva flow, which is the mechanism that carries minerals to the tooth surface. What we will not tell you: that this gum rebuilds enamel or fixes cavities. No finished-product trial says so, and we do not make claims our own lab reports cannot back.
How is this different from whitening products?
Most whitening products bleach with peroxide or scrub with abrasives. Minvelle contains neither. It is a mineral-based daily routine, not a bleaching treatment, so any brightening is gradual and cosmetic. If you want dramatic overnight whitening, this is not that product.
Why a gum instead of a toothpaste?
Contact time. Toothpaste is in your mouth for about two minutes; a piece of gum is chewed for fifteen to twenty, with saliva flow active the whole time. The gum complements fluoride brushing, it never replaces it.
Chapter 02

The product.

What's in it? The full ingredient list
Fourteen ingredients, published by weight: xylitol (817 mg per piece), erythritol (285 mg), a plant-based gum base of chicle, spruce, mastic and acacia, coconut oil, spearmint oil, glyceryl monooleate, calcium bentonite clay, fumed silica, 5.7 mg nano-hydroxyapatite, egg shell powder and myrrh. Exact doses and the lab's composition analysis are on the transparency page.
Is it sugar-free?
Yes. Sweetened with xylitol (43% by weight) and erythritol (15%) only. No aspartame, no acesulfame K, no sorbitol, no titanium dioxide.
Is Minvelle vegan?
No. The formula contains egg shell powder as a natural calcium source. If you avoid egg, this gum is not for you, and we would rather tell you here than after you order.
What does it taste like?
Cool spearmint with a subtle herbal note from Chios mastic resin. Most customers describe it as cleaner-tasting than typical mint gums, without the artificial aftertaste.
Who makes it?
Minvelle is an Austrian brand by MaxLife Trading GmbH, manufactured in our certified partner facility. All ingredients are food-grade and meet EU safety standards. The company facts, legal entity and registered address are on the company page.
Chapter 03

Using it.

How often should I chew it?
One piece a day, ideally after a meal or an acidic drink like coffee, wine or citrus. Chew for at least 15 minutes to give the actives real contact time. A box of 18 pieces is 18 days of routine.
How long until I notice something?
Honest answer: the timeline research comes from nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste trials, not gum trials, and there sensitivity changes are commonly measured in the 4-to-8-week range. Any surface brightening is gradual by design. Anyone promising a week is selling you something else.
Does it replace brushing?
No, and we will never claim it does. Keep brushing twice a day and flossing. Minvelle adds contact time in the hours between brushings, especially after meals and acidic drinks.
Chapter 04

Safety.

Has it been independently tested?
Yes. The full formula was assessed by an independent laboratory in August 2025 under UN GHS, EU CLP and REACH: not classified as hazardous, clean across acute toxicity, irritation, sensitisation, mutagenicity, carcinogenicity and reproductive toxicity. A separate batch certificate covers heavy metals and microbiology, all clean. Both documents are published in full on the transparency page, with one disclosed redaction (the manufacturer's name).
Is it safe long-term?
The core ingredients, hydroxyapatite, xylitol and mastic, each have decades of use and safety data behind them. Hydroxyapatite has been in Japanese oral care since 1980 with EU scientific review on top.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
All ingredients are food-grade, but during pregnancy or breastfeeding, ask your healthcare provider before starting any new oral care product. That is the only responsible answer.
Can children use it?
Minvelle is formulated for adults. For children under 12, ask their dentist first, and note that chewing gum in general is a choking risk for very young children.
Chapter 05

Ordering & shipping.

How long does shipping take?
Every order ships tracked. Most deliveries arrive within about two weeks, and some international destinations take a little longer. We would rather give you the honest window than a pretty one, see where we ship for your country. Shipping is free over €29.
How does the subscription work?
A fresh box every 4 weeks so the one-a-day routine never runs dry. Pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account, no fees, no minimum commitment. One thing we do differently: the subscription price is the price. We do not run discount games on it.
What if it's not for me?
30-day money-back guarantee: within 30 days of delivery, send unopened boxes back and you get a full refund. Open one, test it, and if it is not for you, return the rest.
Something wrong with my order?
Email max@minvelle.com with your order number. You are writing to the founder, not a ticket queue, and I read every message.
